Shipping Policy

We are responsible if the shipment is documented with different data than the one provided by the buyer or for any error on our part at the time of documenting your order.

We are not responsible if the customer provides wrong or incomplete data in his order causing his order to arrive at a different address than the desired one.

The customer is responsible for providing and verifying that their address, contact and mailing information is correct.

Once the order has been delivered to the courier, we are not responsible and are totally unaware of unforeseen events such as delays due to system crashes, weather conditions, violations and theft of the package, or errors in the documentation of the package by the courier or the customer.

We are not responsible and we are totally alien if the package suffers from theft or assault and consequently the package is lost.

We are not responsible if the product arrives damaged, broken or mistreated as a result of the handling of this by the parcel.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that the package does not arrive violated, beaten, mistreated or double taped, in the presence of the delivering carrier.

This in order to guarantee the reception of your product in perfect conditions and in case of receiving with any anomaly report it immediately and initiate the process of claim with the parcel.

The customer has the responsibility to claim at the time of delivery to the parcel in case of any anomaly with your package, if it arrives violated, beaten, mistreated or double taped.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report to the courier if there is a shortage or damage in the package within 24 hours (after this time the claim will not proceed).

The customer fully accepts our terms, conditions, and shipping policies at the time of purchase with us.
