Cancellation policy

JJ HATSS makes returns in the following ways:

1. If the product has not left our facilities, the money will be returned immediately through the Mercado Pago and PayPal platforms.
2. In the event that the cap is on its way to our client, it will be necessary to wait for the client to receive the product, THE CLIENT WILL COVER THE SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCT TO OUR FACILITIES IN ITS ENTIRETY AND THIS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE
