COVID-19 Update

The JJ HATSS team is carefully monitoring the current Coronavirus pandemic and wanted to provide our valued clients with an update on how this is affecting JJ HATSS. JJ HATSS is actively monitoring and following all local and national guidelines in terms of social distancing and cleanup. We are committed to the timely creation and shipment of your gift.

Our top priority is the safety of our employees and customers. With that in mind, we have made the following adjustments to our internal procedures to better serve you during this pandemic:

Employees are strictly following CDC guidelines by maintaining a safe distance and washing their hands regularly. We are running smaller shifts to maintain proper distance in our facilities.
We have increased the cleaning frequency of all our facilities, with even greater attention to detail.
With respect to shipping and receiving packages, CDC has stated that "there is likely to be a very low risk of COVID-19 being spread from shipped products or packaging due to the low survivability of coronaviruses on surfaces." It is also important to note that there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 in the Mexican Republic associated with imported goods. Even so,JJ HATSS has instituted very strict guidelines related to the handling, production and shipping of our products, as well as the cleaning and disinfection of workstations and equipment.

While we have not currently felt a major effect related to supply shortages, etc., we are being affected by your material assortment and delivery times, and we are closely monitoring our supply chain and will proactively issue disclaimers to notify customers of any product shortages that may occur.
